But I’m not going to talk about that today I’m going to talk about something much more materialistic. Shoes of course I am a girl after all. Not just any shoes but THE Shoes. This may seem wrong as it’s a wedding surely it should be THE dress, however I have size 8/9 feet, huge! I find it so difficult to find shoes in my size that I love and that are comfortable. To be honest I will where the dress one but shoes can be my piece of wedding until they fall apart.
I find it so difficult to spend money on myself I find it much easier to justify spending my money on others. Until last year I found out my favourite designer Ms Vivienne Westwood had made these shoes!
I fell totally head over heels in love. The boyfriend could tell you that I would not shut up about them and they come in my size, but at the time funds would have never matched up to the dream, so I watched as they started to sell out everywhere and got over my dream.
Then last weekend I was searching the Internet and saw these…
Ms Westwood I love you they are in our colours in my size and the go on sale just as I get paid for my new job. I can’t believe my luck so they hopefully shall be my wedding shoes!!! It’s a lot of money to spend on my self but just this once I think I might actually do it. After all I can’t have one of her dresses although I do wish.
I know they will be so popular as wedding shoes so I'm hoping i get a pair before they run out and if I don't I'm sure I'll let you know.

Eeeeek! Love your shoe choice, I wore the ones with red love hearts on my wedding day :0) I too have large feet but the size 8 was super comfy and I love wearing the shoes out with jeans now. Hope you manage to get your gold ones xx
ReplyDeleteoh I'm so glad you commented I don't know anyone that actually has worn these shoes and i wanted to ask if they come up slightly big or small & how long they were comfortable for on your wedding day. So exciting to have someone to ask.

They definately do not come up small. I wore them from midday till 10pm, at which point I switched to flip flops! I can honestly say they were comfortable all day but after wearing them for so long my feet started to hurt when I was dancing in them.
ReplyDeleteLots of the girls on RMW own a pair, the feature in both Aisling and my wedding on the site!
I am confident you will LOVE them if you get them! Xx
